LESLIE LIGHTCRAFT CO. CONFIRMS EXECUTIVE CABINET
Key Individuals Named for Operations, Finance and Distribution Functions
Dateline: Friendswood, Texas (Near NASA’s Johnson Space Center Houston) August 6, 2018 — Key individuals have been named to the executive cabinet of Leslie Lightcraft Co. “In order to fully execute the marketing, distribution and complex international financial networks, we needed expertise with proven records to fill these critical areas” cites owner, Christopher Leslie.
Mr. Dennis Kovach of Wooster, Ohio has been named Director of Operations. Mr. Kovach is the former VP of National Latex Products, a Physical & Polymer chemist by education specializing in all forms of molding inclusive of vacuum, thermoforming, rotational molding, injection & blow molding. Mr. Kovach also has extensive experience with Kaysam & anode processes & PAM polymerization technique, all of which will be required to help form and produce the complex Lightcraft operations.
Mr. George Finch of Friendswood, Texas has been named Director of Distribution and Sales. Mr. Finch is a former product distributor and marketer with over 40 years’ experience. Finch was the previous owner of 3rd Coast Distribution, a nation-wide distribution company with over 110 employees and 40 trans-continental intermodal routes, who supplied top tier restaurants and grocers. Finch comes to Lightcraft with the needed expertise to navigate and manage the continental and international distribution channels envisions for the company.
Mr. Preston Armistead of Friendswood, Texas has been named Director of Finance. Armistead, a Texas CPA with over 40 years of experience in the heavy engineering and construction industry with emphasis on lump sum engineering, procurement and construction contracts joins the Lightcraft team to oversee our national and international markets. Armistead’s previous experience in management roles, commercial contract evaluation and negotiations, tax planning (corporate and transaction), forecasting, budgeting, contract administration, cash-flow management, foreign exchange, Joint Venture compliance, claim and litigation support, and audit/compliance of large to very large engineering and construction projects was what qualified him to help manage this future international company.
